User Agreement — we666

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and we666 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at we666.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the we666 website, its games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any related services.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on we666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any supplemental rules, bonus terms, game rules, or policies referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the we666 Platform in any capacity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to we666 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. we666 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on we666. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonus offers, or for any other reason — will be closed. Funds in duplicate accounts may be confiscated. If you discover that multiple accounts exist under your details, you must notify support immediately.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

we666 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your specific location before registering. Players located in Pakistan are advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related regulations may apply to their use of online gambling services; this Platform does not provide legal advice on this matter.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. we666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.2 Notification of Breach

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify we666 support immediately at [email protected]. we666 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Currency

Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the designated account currency, all deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and wagering requirements are denominated in PKR. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply where cross-currency transactions are involved.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period (no login, no wagering, no withdrawal) may be subject to an inactivity fee or dormancy process in accordance with applicable operator policies communicated to you at the time. Prior notice will be provided where reasonably practicable.

5.1 Deposit Requirements

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. we666 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Payment options available in the cashier may include various methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallets, Raast, and potentially crypto methods — subject to availability at the time of deposit. The availability of any specific method is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. we666 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) full KYC verification being on record; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses; (c) the withdrawal being made to an account in the Player's own name; and (d) the Account being in good standing with no open disputes or fraud investigations. Processing windows vary by method and are indicative only — we666 does not guarantee specific payout timeframes.

5.4 Transaction Fees

we666 does not ordinarily charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, payment providers may impose their own fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction limits. Players are responsible for verifying applicable charges with their payment provider.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. These include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, time limit for wagering completion, and maximum withdrawal cap on bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement must be staked a total of PKR 30,000 across qualifying games. Bets placed in ineligible game categories do not count towards the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

we666 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or close Accounts where it determines in good faith that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct that exploits the bonus structure in a manner inconsistent with its intent.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New Player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the current offer. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address. we666 reserves the right to modify or withdraw welcome bonus offers at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

we666 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where technical errors, odds errors, or suspected fraudulent activity are identified. In the event a wager is placed at an erroneously published price, we666 may void the bet and refund the stake.

7.2 Cricket, PSL & Sports Markets

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan Cricket Board fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, and international bilateral series — are governed by market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Results are settled based on official outcomes as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play (live) betting results are binding once accepted; no cancellation is available after a live wager is confirmed.

7.3 Casino Game Outcomes

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live-dealer processes governed by game provider rules. By participating in any casino game on we666, you acknowledge that results are random and unpredictable, and that we666 does not control or manipulate outcomes.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet settlement or game outcome must be submitted to we666 support within seven (7) calendar days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. we666's decision on disputed outcomes, made in good faith based on available evidence, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on we666. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or access the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispublished odds;
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Funding your Account with proceeds of criminal activity;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors;
• Any conduct designed to defraud we666 or other players on the Platform.

All content on the we666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of we666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the we666 Platform without prior written consent from we666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we666 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or errors in service delivery; or (d) losses resulting from third-party payment provider actions or failures.

Gambling involves risk of financial loss. we666 does not guarantee winnings, returns, or positive outcomes from any wager placed on the Platform. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their wagering decisions.

we666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform makes the following tools available to registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders when a defined session duration has been reached;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent exclusion from the Platform via your Account settings or by contacting support;
• Reality Checks: Periodic session notifications to help you track time and activity.

Access to all we666 services is restricted to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. This age restriction does not constitute a statement that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may prohibit or restrict online gambling. 12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting we666 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of verified Real Money Funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by we666

we666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account with or without prior notice in circumstances including: violation of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account would expose we666 to legal or regulatory risk.

12.3 Recovery of Funds

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, we666 reserves the right to withhold and recover any funds obtained through the prohibited conduct, including winnings derived from fraudulent or abusive activity.

we666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players — for example, via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last review is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license, which shall be specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
